Do your part to help MUT fight Fraud & Corruption

Mangosuthu University of Technology recognises the importance of protecting the University, its reputation and its employees from the consequences of fraudulent activity.  The Risks and Audit directorate is directly responsible for managing the risk management programme for MUT risks. The Acting Head of the directorate, Zimasa Gwarube, is appealing to staff, students, and relevant stakeholders to take note of the posters around the two campuses that have a vital message: We are ALL affected. Stop fraud and corruption and remain anonymous. Let us work together to fight workplace crime. Gwarube is asking staff and students to use the numbers and email on the poster to report the crime/s. “This will be your bit to protect the University from theft, bribery, fraud, corruption, harassment, intimidation and blackmail,” said Gwarube.
