Institutional Advancement at MUT
Institutional Advancement (IA) at MUT is a new structure which seeks to advance the University’s Vision and Mission, and its Strategic Goals, through four key pillars:
- International Relations
- Fundraising and Development
- Enterprise Development
- Marketing and Communications
While its over-arching thrust is to establish and secure an enabling environment and financial sustainability, IA will advocate for and support all advancement initiatives; streamline, centralise and channel initiatives to attain professionalisation and optimise outcomes, and create a repository for partnerships. In this endeavour, it will work closely with leadership, academic and support structures at MUT.
